I Have Found....
Life is a classroom of lessons. We are taught to do things, be a certain way or exposed to things when young, things we see, hear, and the innate fear of things with in us all form who we ended up being, early in life.¾ Its up to us as we get older to try and re-form who we are, and what we represent, what our opinions are, what we feel resonates with ourselves and most importantly, what we pass on. Sometimes this is more important than anything else we could or would do in life. Its as natural as it is natural for things in our lives to progress, change and become different, better.¾ During this process we might have to deal with things to help these lessons along. Disease, accidents, broken or happy moments all teach us something, and although they are not who we are, they can bring us to who we will eventually be.
With that said, I have found that if we look at everyone this way, we see that we are all just trying to learn who we really are, and making mistakes along the way. Some are just more aware than others, and if your more aware, it does yourself good to be forgiving, and understanding.
I Seek Friends
Friends in life change as you get older. They change and you change, sometimes friends are in your life for a time, then are gone but leave a memory behind. I would like to think I can be the kind of person that lives a life, that friends would like to be in my life years down the road.
I have a few great friends, ones that not only lets me be me, that I do things for, that I care about but gives the same back to me,. When I was younger I wouldn't have thought it possible, because of early things in my life, I thought friends came and went, but as I age, I find that it is possible for everyone to have lasting friendships, with some work, and understanding.¾ I dont use the word "friends" lightly, I am a tough person and by that I mean not only on myself. I don't put up with stuff from myself, never mind people in my life. I prefer honesty, fairness, and equality. If I find that a friend has more interest in themselves than the friendship, it might be time to step back fro a while.
I dont care what people think, what they do for work, how much they make, what kind of car they drive, or what they are from, I only care about what they represent, and what makes them who they are.
If you think you can do what it takes to be a friend, and a few do, then let me know. I can be a great friend, and go way out of my way for my "Friends" but be real.....
